Where’s my stuff?

If your item was marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, it may still be at your carrier’s local delivery center in your area. Please keep in mind that your purchase may be delivered when you are not there at the discretion of the delivery driver. We are not liable for lost or stolen items until the courier has certified delivery.

Can I return my product?

We work hard to ensure that our customers love our products, but if you need to return something, we’ll be pleased to assist you. You can email support@flaretail.com with the confirmation number and ask for a return.

All of our goods are handcrafted. It is determined by the artist and the product. Look for customization choices on the product page, where all possibilities are detailed.
